Our Story
Redi was born from an obsession the founders have carried since ZeroPaper: helping small and medium businesses thrive with simple technology. André Macedo, Arley Moura, and Kadu Braga sold ZeroPaper to Intuit in 2015 and spent years inside large companies like Intuit and Santander seeing the same problem repeat across different markets: sales teams operating via messaging didn't have a tool built for the way they actually sell.
Traditional e-commerce was designed for the customer to browse alone. Redi was designed for the seller to sell actively, with catalog, context, and relationship. We gained traction first in Brazil and Latin America, where WhatsApp is the dominant commercial communication channel. But the problem we solve exists in any market where commerce happens in conversations, not in carts. Today we operate in 25 countries, with André Loureiro, former Pinterest, leading our global expansion as a partner.
We are official Meta partners, which allows us to offer deep integrations with WhatsApp Business and Instagram — where commerce actually happens.
